It’s Easter tide! (Well technically not yet…) A fantastic time full of too much chocolate, chicks and lambs, visits to National Trust locations and a need to listen to great pop music.
The nights are getting longer and pop is needed. The music snob in me doesn’t want to give in but Stockhausen isn’t great for accompanying BBQs.
Great pop is well written and well engineered. It can fill a dance floor and get everyone singing along.
From the instagrammed stylings of She & Him to the all out shiny joy of S Club 7, pop is there for spring and summer evenings.
So let’s celebrate late spring with a lovely playlist of pop.
Let me know what I’ve missed and what would be on your perfect pop playlist.
